Sweepstakes Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions The Casino Night firearm raffle is sponsored by and conducted for the benefit of the Central Florida Marine Corps Foundation (CFMCF) Inc., 3475 Heirloom Rose Pl, Oviedo, FL 32766. CFMCF is a 501(c)19 charitable, not-for-profit organization for military veterans. The raffle is made possible by the generous donations of firearms by Glock Inc. and Beretta USA.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: Each promotion begins at the sole discretion of the CFMCF and ends when all raffle tickets are sold or on 1 November, 2024, at 9:30 pm Eastern Daylight Time, whichever comes first. Winners will be randomly selected for each firearm by an independent third party on 1 November, 2024, at approximately 9:30 pm at the Double Tree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, 10100 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32821.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and complete agreement to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of CFMCF, which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Firearm prize winners must be US citizens. By entering the Promotion, an Entrant represents and warrants that he or she is permitted to possess and own a firearm according to federal, state, and local law as those laws apply to him or her. The winner of either firearm must pass legal eligibility requirements to possess a firearm. Per Florida law, entrants must be 21 years or older to enter to win the handgun. Per Florida law, entrants must be 18 years or older to enter to win the shotgun. The winner of the Glock firearm will coordinate directly with Glock Inc., 6000 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna, GA 30082 and the firearm will be shipped directly to the winner’s choice of FFL dealer at winner’s expense. The winner of the Beretta firearm will coordinate directly with the Beretta USA, 17601 Beretta Drive, Accokeek, Maryland 20607 and the firearm will be shipped directly to the winner’s choice of FFL dealer at winner’s expense. By law, the winner must successfully complete the federally required background screening before possession will be granted. The Firearms will only be issued to the winner of said firearm.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may purchase raffle tickets in person at any CFMCF event or by visiting www.centralfloridamarines.org and following the instructions provided on that site to purchase one or more raffle tickets. CFMCF is not responsible for delays caused by website or internet malfunctions or reductions in website speed, or payments declined by our credit card processor or the card issuer. All raffle ticket purchase requests are subject to verification by CFMCF, and no sale is final until the raffle ticket purchase order is accepted by CFMCF. PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE RAFFLE. Eligible individuals may enter the promotion without purchase by mailing a letter containing the eligible entrant’s name, address, telephone number, and email address to CFMCF ATTN: Treasurer, 3475 Heirloom Rose Pl, Oviedo, FL 32766. CFMCF is not liable for entries that arrive late, are lost, or not received. Limit one free raffle entry per household.
4. RANDOM DRAWING: The winner for each raffle will be selected by an independent third party in a random drawing from among the eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Eligible entrants will be assigned a ticket number or numbers based on their number of eligible entries. The numbers selected at random will determine the potential winners. Entries that are not selected in the Drawing will be discarded. All selected winners are potential winners, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by CFMCF in its sole and absolute discretion.
5. ODDS OF WINNING and APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Odds of winning will vary by the number of entries received. Entries for the Glock raffle are limited to 400. Entries for the Berretta raffle are limited to 400. Drawings may end at any time at the sole discretion of CFMCF makes no claim regarding the actual value of any prize and is not responsible for the accuracy of any value estimate provided by prize donors or anyone else. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price is listed for production items which may be purchasable for a lower amount. CFMCF does not guarantee the accuracy of the prize descriptions published. CFMCF makes no warranty as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, or condition of the prizes.
6. INDEMNIFICATION: By entering, each Entrant agrees to abide by and be bound to these Official Rules, and to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless: CFMCF, its directors, board members, officers, members, partners, agents, representatives, administrators, and affiliates (individually an “Indemnitee” and collectively, the “Indemnitees”) against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, or causes of action of any kind however named or described with respect to or arising out of (i) an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or winning the prize, and (ii) on Entrant’s acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize.
